The First Trailer of 'Captain America: Civil War' Revealed a Nice Little Upgrade for Iron Man suit

For the the last few weeks, some fans have been busy analyzing every single frame in the first trailer of 'Captain America : Civil War'.  It's fun reading or watching about what they've found, especially if they come up with some bizarre theory about the movie. I may not be  very good with details, but when it comes to Iron Man, i tend to notice  many little things, and  after watching the trailer for a couple of times, i see a nice  upgrade done to the suit. It's a minor upgrade, so some fans might not notice it or don't think it's that big of a deal. So yeah, Keep reading if you want to know what the upgrade is.

Iron Man First Suit Up

One of my favorite scenes  in the first Iron Man movie is when Tony Stark suited up as Iron Man in red and gold for the first time. The whole scene was good, but for me, the best part was when the helmet was closed. It was an awesome shot, it was a combination of Tony stark expression and how the helmet was closed and then the eyes lighted up implying that Tony Stark had become Iron Man.

Since then, every time filmmakers want to show Tony Stark's face, the faceplate  goes up. And when Tony Stark is ready for Battle again, The faceplate goes down. In Iron Man 2 , one of the best scenes was the faceplate-down-scene right before   Iron Man and War Machine fought side by side for the first time.

The reason i talk a lot about this faceplate up/down shot is because apparently there will be no such thing anymore in the next Iron Man movies or movies which will feature Iron Man. The next time Tony Stark wants to show his face, the whole helmet will be taken off and hidden behind his head.

Something's retracting Behind Tony's head

In the trailer, there was a glimpse of something moving behind Tony Stark's head, i believe it was  a retracting helmet. We didn't get to see how the helmet would retract, but i think it will be awesome. 

even though the faceplate up/down was one of my favorite shot, but i am pretty exited with this retracting-helmet. why ? first, because taking off the whole helmet gives us a better look at RDJ's face and expression. second, a retracting helmet is awesome and shows that the Iron Man suit has evolved and  inching closer and closer to the 'Bleeding Edge' technology.

Hopefully this will not be the only upgrade done to the suit, especially with the rumor saying that the latest suit was inspired by Bleeding Edge armor. We expect to see the latest armor to have many cool upgrades even if it will not be as powerful as the Bleeding Edge armor.
